Sailing itineraries and daily programs are subject to change due to weather and sea conditions, availability of safe anchorage, government regulations and other factors. Every effort will be made to carry out the program as planned. Program changes may take place during the cruise to take advantage of local cultural events, to adapt to sailing conditions, or in response to other factors.
Bookings can only be confirmed until an advance payment of 25% of the total has been paid within 7 Days after placing a booking. By forwarding the deposit for passage, the client certifies that he/she does not have a physical condition that would create a hazard to him/herself or other passengers. The remainder of the payment has to be paid 30 days before cruise departure. For charters, the deposit required is 75%.
- Cancellations more than 90 days prior to departure is 50% refund of monies on hand.
- Cancellations within 90-0 days prior to departure is all monies on hand are forfeited.
It is essential to arrange a comprehensive personal and baggage travel insurance to cover any eventuality, including charges arising should you have to cancel your holiday plans. Please check your agent or your own insurance company about this. MV BLUE DRAGON excludes liability for matters such as baggage loss or damage, expense or inconvenience caused by delayed or cancelled transportation service, change of schedule, strikes or other conditions beyond MV BLUE DRAGON’s control. A copy as proof of our Protection and Indemnity insurance is available on request.
The maximum number of guests aboard is 12 persons. The minimum of guests to guarantee any cruise is 8 passengers for fixed departure dates.

Shortcomings in our services during the cruise are to be reported immediately to our tour cruise director on board. If possible the cruise director will try to find an appropriate solution. When the complaint cannot be solved aboard, the operating office MV BLUE DRAGON should be notified in writing no later than 14 days after disembarkation. MV BLUE DRAGON will settle the dispute to the best of her abilities within 6 weeks after receiving the complaint.
